HomaVision makes marketing videos for real-estate listings. This page says what we collect to do that, what we do with it, and who else sees it. Questions go to info@homavision.com.

What you send us

When you order a video, we receive:

• your listing photos, the property address, the asking price if you give it, and your listing description;
• the email address we deliver to;
• anything you add for the closing frame: your name, phone number, public email, brokerage, or your own closing card;
• the logo you upload after checkout.

You pay on Stripe's checkout page. We never see your card number; Stripe tells us that you paid, the email you paid with, and the amount.

If we emailed you first

Some agents hear from us before they visit this site. For those emails we use the agent's name, email address and listing as they appear in public listing information, and we may have made a sample video from the listing's public photos. That sample sits behind a private link and is not shown on this site. Reply "no thanks" to any of those emails and we will not write again.

What we do with it

We use what you send to make your video and carousels, to deliver them, and to write to you about your order. We do not sell it, and we do not show your photos or videos on this site. Your finished files live behind a private link that only you are sent; anyone you forward that link to can open it.

Who else sees it

A few services do part of the work for us:

• Microsoft Azure runs this site and stores your files.
• Stripe takes the payment.
• Resend sends our emails.
• OpenAI and xAI provide the AI models that look at your photos and read your description, so the video can put the right titles on the right rooms.

Each of them handles the data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Stripe's checkout page is Stripe's own and follows Stripe's cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your files for as long as you may need to download them again. Email us and we will delete them, apart from the payment records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@homavision.com.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
