Refund policy

If you don't like the video

You get your $49.00 back in full. It doesn't matter whether we couldn't do your listing justice or you just don't want to post what we made. Reply to any email we sent about your order, or write to info@homavision.com, and say you want a refund. You don't have to give a reason.

If we can't make the video

Sometimes a set of photos can't carry a video, for example when there are too few usable ones. If that happens, we tell you and refund you in full. You don't have to ask.

How the money comes back

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

Free videos

A free video costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If you'd rather we took it down, email us and we'll remove it.
