These terms cover ordering a video from HomaVision. Placing an order means you accept them. Questions go to info@homavision.com.

What we make

You send us listing photos and a description. We make the videos and Instagram carousels described on the home page, carrying your logo, and email you a private link to download them. We aim to deliver within 24 hours. A person checks every video before it goes out.

Price

$49.00 per listing, paid once through Stripe when you order. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your photos and text

When you send us photos, a description, a logo or a closing card, you confirm that you have the right to use them to market the listing. You keep every right you had in them. You allow us to use them only to make and deliver your order.

Using what we deliver

The finished videos and slides are yours to use wherever you market the listing or yourself: the listing page, social media, email, or anything you send your seller.

Refunds

If you don't like what we made, you get your money back in full. The refund policy explains how.

Free videos

A free video carries a small HomaVision logo instead of yours. It is ours to take down if you ask us to, or if the listing's owner asks us to.

Your private link

Anyone who has your link can open it, so share it only with people you want to see your files.

Our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we owe you is what you paid for it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. An order is covered by the terms in force when it was placed.
